I am a wife to a retired Navy Commander a mother of 6 and a grandmother to 6.  I recently graduated from FSU with a BS Civil Engineering and have been a licensed Realtor for 17 years.  

Since 2000 I have helped countless of wonderful people realize their Real Estate Dreams, to include my husband and myself!! Many of these people have become my friends through this process and I would not have it any other way.   

I live on a 55 acre horse ranch about 25 miles from the World’s Most Beautiful Beaches.  Located just outside the hurricane evacuation zone and I am just a short drive away to anywhere in the panhandle I wish to go!  For me this is my Real Estate Dream!!

I love helping buyers hunt for their perfect Property in their ideal location.  When a buyer walks into the right property for the first time it is magic!  They feel it and so do I!! There is just something about the look on their face that gives them away!  Very Exciting!! 

I also like to work with sellers!!! Knowing and understanding the market are two different things! Sellers need someone who will make sure only qualified buyers come through their doors.  Our market is ever changing and with my experience and knowledge I can help price your home for top dollar sell it fast with a solid market strategy. 

I work hard at keeping up with all the Real Estate Laws, protecting both buyers and sellers.  I take all the classes offered to me both on line and by our local board to better understand everything we need to know in this changing world we live in.  Continuing Education is a must in the real estate industry and gives me that edge that benefits both buyers and sellers with to most up to date information available.
